Profile enrichment costs 0.6 credits, a verified work email 2 credits, and deep analysis 0.05 credits. Bulk and scheduled searches charge for the requested target, even if fewer profiles match. The app shows the charge before you start. Resuming interrupted work has no extra search charge. Reviewing, saving and exporting existing candidates is free. Enrichment runs only when you request it for a candidate. A returned professional profile uses 0.6 credits; a returned work email uses 2 credits. Pending requests reserve that amount from the same balance, and confirmed misses release it. Viewing saved results is free. Coverage varies; email verification is reported by the data provider.

Exa helps discover professional profiles. When you choose enrichment, Enrich Layer looks up additional professional details. The connected email provider looks for a verified work email using the same LinkedIn profile URL; its name is shown in your workspace. The result attaches to the existing candidate. Each lookup is optional and shows its credit cost first. Deep analysis reviews the evidence already available; it does not require an enrichment purchase.
